Flash In The Pants
My favorite online watch store, Tokyflash has some new suprisingly non-LED watches available that are pretty swank. The new Limited Ed. Art 8 Elite Resin Watches from EleeNo are part of the Orbit Series Elite, the premium quality edition of the popular handless watches from EleeNo. These custom-made watches feature solid stainless steel construction, stunning resin inlays and highly accurate Super 2035 movement produced by Citizen Japan. The watch comes in two styles: Coffee [pictured above, left], featuring brown resin inlay, and Marble [pictured above, right], featuring a dark marbled resin inlay. These watches are only available from Tokyoflash and will run you ¥16800 or $138.84 American.

iF#@kin' Wanna' iPhone!!!

Why oh why did I have to get a new phone already? I should have known that ol' Stevie J would be announcing the new iPhone at the MacWorld Expo2007. And what an announcement! This thing is freakin' sweet! I am sitting here in a pool of my own drool over the wide 3.5-inch 480 x 320 touchscreen display with multi-touch support and a proximity sensor to turn off the sensor when it's close to your face, 2 megapixel camera, 4GB or 8GB of storage, Bluetooth with EDR and A2DP, WiFi that automatically engages when in range, and quadband GSM radio with EDGE. Somehow, this whiz-bang of a gadget runs OS X with support for Widgets, Google Maps, Safari, and iTunes. The 4GB iPhone will go out the door in the US as a Cingular exclusive for $499 on a two-year contract, 8GB for $599. Ships Stateside in June, Europe in fourth quarter, Asia in 2008. I might have to find some way to get out of my contract with Verizon in June and scootch over to Cingular so I can get my grubby mitts on one of these. Or I might just wait for the second generation version. I'm sure people will kill to get their hands on one of these. I know I

Too Qool!
If I was ever to own a Windows-based PC, the new OQO Model 02, announced this past weekend at CES 2007, would be the one. It's especially small, which I appreciate, and fast... or at least faster than any machine I currently own, at 1.5GHz. It's soooo shiny, like my LG Chocolate phone, and has built-in Bluetooth, so it could sync with my cute little phone. It also has built-in wifi in 802.11 a/b/g flavors, a 60GB hard-drive and up to 1GB of RAM. The touchscreen, TouchScrollers™ and slide out thumb keyboard are also very cool. It's a little expensive, starting at $1,499.00, but innovation has its price. This handy little powerhouse is definitely on my drool-worthy list for 2007.
